First Grade Takes Field Trip to Tempe!

First grade students from St. Charles took a field trip to Tempe, AZ for the day! Students and teachers were able to enjoy the city for the day and explore different places together. The students had a wonderful day and made many good memories!

Third Grade Participates in Science Fair!

Students in Mrs. J. Thompson's Third Grade Class participated in a science fair, each completing a project using the scientific method to conduct their own experiment. Justina Stevens came in first place, Kaitlyn Kitcheyan came in second place, Lacy Peter came in third place, and Erin Lovato received an honorable mention. Congratulations to all who participated!

St. Charles Celebrates Catholic Schools Week!

St. Charles students, faculty, and staff celebrated Catholic Schools Week in many ways, both in the classroom and in the community! Students spent time in service picking up trash along San Carlos Avenue and second and sixth graders teamed up to sing to the community about the love of Jesus. Students Collect 930 Cans in Canned Food Drive!

St. Charles's Holiday Canned Food Drive was a success! In a school-wide competition, students collected 930 canned goods to donate to the community. In the class competition, Mrs. Thompson's 3rd Grade class won bringing in a total of 226 cans, and Runner Up went to Mrs Russell's 6th Grade class with 191 cans! Students enjoyed this opportunity to serve the community and celebrate Advent through giving.
